RINSE SALON POLICIES


Cancelation Policy:

At Rinse Salon we require a minimum 48 hour notice to cancel or change any appointment. Cancellations made with less than a 48 hour notice are charged 50% of the booked appointment value. Cancellations without proper notice prohibit other clients to fill that slot. To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld we require a credit card to hold any appointment while booking, however you will not be charged until your appointment is complete. We thank you for respecting our policy.

Return Policy:

Products are eligible for a return up to 14 days from purchase. All returns must have proof of purchase - either a receipt or record of purchase under a client profile. Products must be unused in order to be returned for a full refund. Used products that are more than 3/4 full may be returned for a store cried within 14 days of purchase. Tools, brushes, and jewelry are not eligible for return.

Client Policy:

We are an intentionally inclusive company and welcome all into our salons. We do reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful to our staff or clients, make a member of our staff uncomfortable in any way.

Client Satisfaction:

If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us so we can offer an adjustment. At this appointment, at no charge to you, we will work with you to make the results to your satisfaction. Your adjustment will be scheduled with the same stylist who preformed the original service. Please contact us within 7 days of your original appointment to qualify for this service.
