How do I book an appointment?
Book online here or by calling us.
We require a credit card in order to reserve an appointment.
To avoid a service charge and ensure appointment availability for other clients, please reschedule or cancel your appointment within 24 hours of scheduled service. No shows are included under this policy and the reserved credit card will be charged 50% of the service that was missed.
Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment,
we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and a cancellation fee will apply.
New Color Clients
All new color clients will be receiving a questionnaire which we require back within 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This helps us be as prepared as possible for your future appointment, have a clear understanding of what you want to achieve and to ensure you are booked for the correct service.
If you are dissatisfied with a service you have received, we are happy to provide you with the opportunity to return to the salon for us to make adjustments. Adjustments may be provided at no additional charge. The requirements we have in providing adjustments are that you call to schedule a consultation for the adjustment within 72 hours of the original service, the adjustment appointment must be booked within 2 weeks of the original service and must be with the same stylist who provided the service. However if you feel that the stylist is unable to provide the service, an exception may be made and the adjustment may be scheduled with another stylist.
No refunds are given for services, only store credit.
Product Return Policy:
Hair products may be exchanged for any other product or in store product credit. Product must be returned within 2 weeks and must be 3/4 full. We do not provide cash back for returns, only store credit.
