"I got my haircut by Pam on August 12th, 2008. I was extremely nervous to go to a new salon, because I have a history of bad haircuts and disappoints where my hair is concerned. Upon meeting Pam, I was put instantly at ease. She really listened when I told her what my daily hair routine is (wash it and run out the door--no time for primping), and she gave me some great suggestions for keeping my hair low maintenance while maintaining a cute look.
The salon is small and very clean and cheerful--you get a really positive vibe upon walking through the door. The stylists offer you beer/wine when you arrive, give you a robe to change into so your clothes don't get covered in hair, and immediately make you feel comfortable. I was very pleased with my experience at Rinse, and as long as I live in San Diego I will continue to be a client there."

She is wonderful, I have followed her every time she moved to another salon, distance is not a problem because where else am I going to find the quality of work that she does. I let her do anything she wants with my hair and everytime the results are wonderful. "Two weeks ago was my first time in Rinse. I had been trying to get my hair colored for over a month and the person who normally does it was dealing with a personal situation. I contacted Pamela on Yelp and she told me how much it would be. I am so glad I did!
I went in and right away, Pam was sweet and personable. That's just as important to me as skill! She greeted me with a genuine smile and asked if I needed anything. She took a moment to finish up with something and then headed over to consult. We decided on a darker shade of brown than my natural color and some highlights.
We chatted the entire time and connected on a lot of things. She was so much fun to work with and very sweet! Once the color had set, we washed it out, dried my hair and she styled it for me too. It looked really great and it was nice to not see any stray gray hairs in there! I am not ready to show my real age off just yet!
Needless to say, Pam did an awesome job and Rinse is one of the most unpretentious salons I have been to. Not to say they are all that way, but some of them tend to lean that way. The salon is cute, comfortable and has a nice feel about it. Pam was professional, while connecting with clients and making it a great experience. Go see her now!
