With over 10 years of experience behind the chair specializing in both cut and color, but also mastering the overall art of beauty, Ana has truly found her calling. With extensive training with Vidal Sassoon, Pivot Point, Redken, and Bumble & Bumble, her knowledge is second to none. While working behind the chair satisfies her creativity, the turning point to Ana's career is the opening of her own space, Rinse Salon.

After traveling to New York to train at Bumble University, she is proud to call herself the Bumble Network Educator for Rinse. She teaches in-salon classes to further her stylists knowledge and skill so that everyone as a whole stays inspired and motivated. Pam has been an aspiring hair designer since childhood. She initially started in 2001 as an amateur makeup artist and hairstylist for the dance program while attending the University of Nevada, Reno. After graduating, she decided to pursue the art full-time. With her training under Toni and Guy, Redken, Aveda, and now Bumble and Bumble educators, she specializes in traditional and contemporary cuts, colors and styles. Hairstyling is an art that she is passionate about, as evidenced by her commitment to continuous education. She enjoys meeting and talking with people and loves to work creatively with her hands. Pam enjoys a challenge and loves to delve into the non-traditional, but that does not distract from her primary objective: Helping you to look your best!

Cherishing all the relationships he has built through his 25+ years in the industry, it is no surprise that he is so successful. With a hunger for education, Jose has studied with Vidal Sasson, Color USA, and Redken (3 times). Specializing in color and cut, and a gift for conversation, Jose is a vital team member at Rinse Salon.

Instead of enrolling in a traditional cosmetology school Shannon began her career as an apprentice, training directly under a master stylist in a high-end salon. As a result Shannon has received extensive in salon training from several master stylists as well as studio training with educators including Vidal Sasson, Wella and Trucco. She believes that having been taught from day one in a working salon has given her a thorough understanding of the art and science of hairstyling as well as a deep respect for the client-stylist relationship. Pursuing a career as a hairstylist was a natural choice; the creativity and attention to detail necessary for any successful hairstylist are second nature to her. However she believes that even more important than advanced skill or natural creativity is the ability to listen and truly understand the clients' needs and desires. Communication is key, and Shannon is committed to listening intently to her clients and working with them to create their individual look. In the past three years as a stylist Shannon has developed a true love for her craft and she is thrilled to bring that passion to Rinse Salon.

Elizabeth was born and raised in Tennessee and found her way to San Diego attending the Paul Mitchell School. Her passion for updos brought her into the wonderful world of hair! When you sit down in Elizabeth's chair, you can rest assure that the hairstyle you have envisioned will be the end result. Elizabeth thrives off making people feel beautiful and prides herself on ensuring that each and every client leaves completely happy and satisfied. With a passion for cutting and color, from straight hair to curly hair, Elizabeth is experienced and confident working with a wide range of hair textures. Becoming a Stylist has made her realize what it feels like to love what you do, and continuing to grow as a person and stylist reflects on her ability to really connect with each individual client.

Originally hailing from Denver Colorado, Kristina now calls San Diego her home. Specializing in both haircolor and cuts, Kristina can give you a look that ranges from edgy or contemporary to traditional. With advanced education from Schwarzkopf, Toni and Guy, and the Aveda Academy, Kristina is always knowledgable of up and coming trends and looks to fit your needs. She believes in listening to her clients requests so that she can best deliver exactly what they are looking for. Expressing creativity and beauty to fit each induvidual's look is something that Kristina looks forward to with every client she encounters.

Sophia's journey into skin care began at the tender age of 12. That was when she was diagnosed with Vitiligo. "This was the phase of my life where I realized how much skin care can affect someone's self esteem and self image". While pursuing a career in psychology, Sophia realized she wanted to help people feel good from the inside out and outside in.

With a thirst for education, Sophia has taken numerous advanced workshops through CA Botana (the skin care lined used by Sophia)in techniques ranging from lymphatic drainage massage to advanced peels.

Sophia loves meeting new people and appreciates the diversity they bring to her own life. But most of all she enjoys giving clients a memorable experience where they are able to come in, enjoy the experience of the salon, relax in her room and leave feeling refreshed and revitalized.
